Combine Baseball ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 126 Shipman Lane, Double Springs, Alabama 35553, is committed to privacy and data protection. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and its rules (collectively, "COPPA") require us to inform parents and legal guardians (as used in this policy, "parents" or "you") about our practices for collecting, using, and disclosing personal data from children under the age of 13 ("children" or "child").
This notice ("COPPA Notice") provides additional details regarding the practices described in Combine Baseball's Privacy Policy, including the Children's Privacy section.
This COPPA Notice applies directly to the data collection practices of Combine Baseball for its website and services directed to children under the age of 13, and the use of a child's personally identifiable information by Combine Baseball on its website (www.combinebaseball.com) (the "Site") and in its business (collectively "Practices and Services"). If a parent chooses not to provide consent, or withdraws consent later, the child's access to certain features or areas of the Practices and Services—including public rankings, metrics logging, and profile features—may be restricted or disabled.
We take special precautions to protect the privacy of children across our Practices and Services. If you have a question about whether a particular Practice or Service is directed to children, please reach out to us using the contact details above.

5. How We Share or Disclose Information
We do not sell, rent, or transfer children's personal data to third parties other than as explicitly outlined in this section.
Combine Baseball is a player metrics, ranking, and recruiting platform. As such, profile data, verified evaluation stats, and highlight videos may be made visible on the Site for evaluation by coaches, scouts, and platform subscribers.
Combine Baseball requires verifiable parental consent prior to publishing a child's profile or metric data publicly on the Site. We encourage parents to actively monitor their children's online activity and social interactions to safeguard personal information.
- Aggregated Data: Consent is not required for non-identifying, aggregated data used for overall industry benchmarks or performance analytics.
- Business Transfers: If Combine Baseball undergoes a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, player profile records and associated data may be transferred to the successor entity under the same COPPA commitments.
6. Parents' Rights
Access, Review, Update, and Deletion
Parents have the right to access, review, modify, or permanently delete their child's personal information and performance history at any time. You may also prohibit any further collection or public display of your child's data. To exercise these rights, please contact us via phone or email as provided in Section 1. Identity verification may be required to protect account security.
Withdrawal of Consent
Parents may revoke consent at any time. Upon receiving a written request, we will promptly remove and delete the child's personal profile and associated metrics from our active databases, except where record retention is mandated by law. Revoking consent will disable the player's active profile, leaderboard eligibility, and verified metrics tracking on Combine Baseball.
7. Data Security and Retention
Security Measures
We maintain robust administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of children's personal and performance data.
Data Retention
Combine Baseball retains personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the operational, tracking, and metric history services in which the athlete participates, or as required for legitimate business and legal purposes. When personal information is no longer needed or requested to be removed by a parent, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or fully de-identify the data.
